  • Noble is the principal of noblemediation, LLC, founded in 2009. Since the COVID Era commencing in March of 2020, Mr. Noble has hosted well over 1,100 remote mediation sessions achieving more than $1.13 Billion in settlement dollars accepted remotely through September of 2024 and, historically, has conducted over 5,200 Mediations and Arbitrations since 2003.
  • As a long-standing member of the Westmoreland Trial Academy, he was on the Board of Directors of the Westmoreland County Bar Association serving as the President in 2016-2017, President and Founder of the Westmoreland Mediation Academy, and has also served as the Westmoreland County ADR Chair, receiving the “Committee of the Year Award” in 2014.

ADR EXPERIENCE

  • Mediating/Arbitrating more than 5,100 civil matters since 2003  - primarily in Pennsylvania as well as West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

    A significant percentage of mediations (approximately 50%) involved complex medical malpractice/medical related claims (146 cases in 2023) as well as commercial/personal motor vehicle/personal injury.

    Mr. Noble has mediated a number of substantial class action matters as well as recently serving as a Binding Mediator in a professional malpractice claim involving 27 claimants.

    Mediation subject matter has also included the following; sexual assault/abuse claims, professional liability (hospital/emergency room, nursing, physical therapy, physician, dental and psychiatric malpractice), non-medical professional malpractice (architectural/legal), pharmaceutical liability, commercial motor carrier liability (including catastrophic multi-vehicle/multi-claimant accidents), complex/catastrophic products liability (motor vehicle manufacturer liability/crash worthiness, faulty airbag and faulty ignition claims, medical device, commercial fireworks, ATV, chain saw), PA HRC/EEOC (age, sex and race discrimination, hostile work environment, constructive termination), adult/minor sexual assault, attractive nuisance, complex construction/personal injury litigation, roadway design claims, fire loss/subrogation, real estate, property boundary/sub-division disputes, mold claims, ERISA, FELA, FCRA, partnership disputes, commercial premises and homeowners liability, dog bites, insurance-UIM/UM, bad faith, breach of contract, franchise disputes, electric utility liability, dram shop/liquor liability.
  • Arbitration - Appointed/serving as Sole Binding Arbitrator or Binding Mediator throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 25-30 times per year, primarily medical malpractice matters and personal injury/motor vehicle claims.

    Appointed neutral, defense and/or plaintiff arbitrator in over 350 UIM/UM arbitration hearings, high-low baseball arbitrations as well as Binding Common Please Arbitration Hearings/Summary Jury Trials.

IN THE COMMUNITY

  • Westmoreland County HS Mock Trial Program – In addition to his long-standing Night of the Stars program, Mr. Noble has proudly served as a Judge/Jury member for the program for over 30 years and has also been a speaker at various High Schools providing instruction and mentorship. 
  • Westmoreland Night of the Stars – Since 1997, Mr. Noble has raised more than $400,000 in cash awards and Theatre Scholarships to 19 Westmoreland High School, Middle School, and Home-Schooled Musical Programs through his “Westmoreland Night of the Stars” performed annually at the Historic Palace Theatre in Greensburg, PA. To date, more than 19,000 Musical Theatre Students have participated in the annual “Biggest Night of High School Musical Theatre” in Westmoreland County.
  • Since 2015, Mr. Noble has been performing his "almost Sinatra" alter ego throughout western Pennsylvania with the Marvelous Murphy's Music Center Big Band, including venues such as the Twin Lakes Arts & Heritage Festival, Pittsburgh's Teamster's Banquet Hall, the Monroeville Convention Center, Irwin's Lamp Theatre, Apple Hill Playhouse, the Ligonier Diamond, Latrobe's Banana Split Festival, the South Hill's Bella Serra, Oakmont, Hillcrest, Indiana, Treasure Lake and DuBois Country Clubs, the DuBois Edward V. Cherry Amphitheatre and Greensburg's Historic Palace Theatre. 
  • Mr. Noble has provided/donated the entertainment for various fund-raising events including the Penn Highlands Regional Hospital Foundation, DuBois YMCA, and various Westmoreland County Church and Italian Festivals, local high schools and theatre organizations.
